Ghum Nepal Innovation is a digital agency and product company in Kathmandu, founded in 2023. We design, build, and operate the software behind everyday life in Nepal, the products people open without thinking about who made them.
Three of those products are live today: ghumNepal for travel and booking, ghumSign for legally valid digital signatures, and ghumPMS for running a business. We do not take a brief and disappear. We build our own products and stay with them in production, where they meet real people and real problems.

Not a roadmap or a prototype. ghumNepal, ghumSign, and ghumPMS are in production with real users, real bookings, and real signed documents behind them.
A certification others cannot shortcut
ghumSign runs on NCC-certified digital signature infrastructure. That is an accreditation earned over time, not a feature shipped in a sprint, and it stands in front of anyone arriving later.
Live on the rails Nepalis actually use
Working payment integrations with eSewa, Khalti, and Machhapuchhre Bank, alongside international card payments for inbound travellers.
Supply in places no aggregator reaches
Homestays and small hotels onboarded one relationship at a time, in towns no directory ever listed. Supply like this is slow to build and slower to take away.
Engineering held in house
Product, platform, design, and applied AI under one roof on serverless AWS infrastructure. Nothing critical is outsourced, so we ship quickly and our cost per user falls as we grow.
A market that just became addressable
Smartphones, digital wallets, and e-signature regulation all arrived in Nepal at roughly the same time. Global platforms skim the top of this market and ignore the rest.
